Some products can benefit from the application of radiant heat in non-turbulent air during the baking process. In a thermal oil oven, oil is heated to the required temperature and circulated through pipes that surround the oven chamber. This method gives you a soft radiant heat with a very even heat balance across the oven width without turbulent air movement.
