Scrapers and UHMW/Teflon sheeting rollers can be removed in minutes for easy cleaning and service. Variable-speed flour dusters and adjustable catch pans speed up production and minimize waste. Babbco molding systems remove excess gas, and evenly distribute the remaining gas for improved product structure. The variable speed drive assures gentle, but firm molding and accurate shaping. Special stainless steel infeed and discharge conveyors protect the fragile dough structure, and produce a product similar to those made by hand.
