A Babb Equipment Installation package ensures safe and proper installation of all purchased equipment into your facility. The package includes complete rigging of equipment at the customer site and at the customer's option Babb is qualified to set up combustion exhaust and hood exhaust stacking as well as supply all necessary fans. The Babb equipment installation package provides many significant benefits including a decreased number of connections required to be made by the customer because our ovens are pre wired and pre plumbed at the manufacturing plant. Installation of BABBCO ovens can take as little as two days and 'turn key' installations are available, minimizing the amount of assembly coordination required by your plant personnel. The modular design of Babb tunnel ovens allows installation to proceed quickly and smoothly and also gives the option for future expansion of the oven to accommodate increased capacity.

The C.H. Babb installation supervisor will provide a full training program for the intended operators of your new equipment. Additionally, sets of equipment operation and maintenance manuals specifically written for your oven will be provided during the start up of the new equipment. In addition to general maintenance and operation procedures these operation manuals include all necessary information on vendor supplied components and a complete set of plant arrangement and installation drawings.
