At C.H. Babb, the process of designing an oven is a collaboration. Each project is assigned to a team of professionals who work together closely with you from start to finish. The process begins with a detailed discussion of your needs. With nearly one hundred years of experience, we possess a thorough understanding of baking technologies and how to achieve the best results for your product - and your business. Early in the process, for example, we can show you proven ways to shorten baking time, simplify operations, reduce cleaning costs, and improve energy efficiency. We put that same kind of expertise to work on every aspect of your oven design.

As we work together, the design quickly takes shape. Our design engineers create the initial model using SolidWorks®, one of the world's leading 3D mechanical design software. This enables you to view the entire CAD model, inside and out, from multiple angles - even opening and closing virtual doors and checking clearances. Many design adjustments can be made on the spot as we refine the features to your specifications. Every BABBCO oven has a modular design, making it easier to configure, build, modify, and install to meet your unique requirements. We also offer a test facility that enables you to experiment with different baking techniques to see which design will work best for your product.
